Three years ago, when cinema began to take a full-on metamorphosis into the digital age, a committee of industry insiders began to realize that popular video hosts weren’t reliable for showcasing the brilliant imaginations that executives and paying audiences demanded. In consideration of this new phenomenon, NOW Casting, the premiere leader in bringing talent to top studios, major agencies, and independent filmmakers, became the host of the first On-line Film Festival.

Last year we proved our prestige as one of our finalists went on to win the Academy Award ™ for Best Live Action Short. Multiple finalists also attained distribution deals. Our wonderful sponsors also honor the imagination and brilliance of filmmakers by providing our filmmakers with the resources that are essential to establishing their careers.

Every week for 25 weeks our Review Committee chooses a new Semi-Finalist from our submissions. At the end of that time, YOU get to vote on your favorites to see who will become a Finalist and be screened at our Film Festival.

For the Filmmaker, this means much more exposure. The earlier you enter, the more exposure you will get! The sooner you send it in, the more exposure you will get!
