Twitch is reviewed in The Feminist Review
At its core, Twitch makes far more subtle points about shedding norms and other’s expectations, by portraying a pivotal moment in one young woman’s transition into adulthood and coming into self in an unsentimental, non-deterministic fashion. In doing so, the work offers an alternative conclusion to the main characters predicament, one devoid of the expected conclusions regarding teenage angst, sexuality or behavior.
